"Whoever Stands Still Loses: the Luftschloss Launch Event"

Summary: On March 27, 2025 we introduced Luftschloss to the public – with 55 guests at the Alte Pferdeklinik in Pforzheim, a piano concert visualized live by AI, and twelve hands-on interactive installations.
On the evening of March 27, 2025 we presented Luftschloss to the public for the first time. The venue was the Alte Pferdeklinik in Pforzheim, a place with raw brick walls and plenty of history – for me, the right contrast to what we wanted to show: an agency that brings technology and creativity together. 55 invited guests and partners were there as we explained what Luftschloss was meant to be.
A place between tradition and technology
The combination of historic architecture and modern equipment wasn't a coincidence. Brick and screens, old walls and cloud-like ceiling installations – that contrast captures exactly what we wanted to stand for: craft and high-tech as two sides of the same thing, not opposites.
The presentation: what Luftschloss is meant to be
At the center of the evening was our vision: digital experiences that aren't just consumed but experienced with all the senses. We explained what we focus on – interactive experiences, 3D/CGI, and conceptual development – and why we wanted that to set us apart from classic digital agencies. Afterward there was plenty of time for conversation: with industry experts, potential partners, and guests from very different fields. Some of our first projects later grew out of exactly those conversations.
Music you can see
We closed the official part of the evening with a live piano concert, with one twist: every keystroke was captured by our AI and visualized in real time. Music became not just audible but visible. To me, that was a good example of how different disciplines can combine into something that's more than the sum of its parts.
Twelve installations you could touch
Twelve interactive installations were spread across the room, letting guests try out for themselves what we mean when we talk about technology and creativity – including a fashion AI and early interactive applications for the Pforzheimer Zeitung newspaper, which would later grow into PZ Nova.
Conclusion
The evening's title said it all: whoever stands still loses. A launch event doesn't replace actual projects, but it forces you to explain your own idea in full, in front of people who are paying close attention. More on Luftschloss's current work is at luftschloss-agency.de.
