AI Seminars for Companies: Knowledge That Changes Something by Monday
By Marius Rieg · · 2 min read
Summary: Many AI trainings end with a certificate of attendance, and by the following Monday nothing has changed. Our new seminars work on participants' actual tasks instead - with the goal of turning curious employees into internal AI go-to people.
Many AI trainings end with a certificate of attendance. By the following Monday, everyone's back to working exactly as before. That's exactly what we want to avoid.
That's why we're launching a new seminar offering for companies at Luftschloss soon. The focus isn't on theory. We show how AI gets used in everyday work – with real tasks, real processes, and the tools we use ourselves every day.
We don't train an audience
In many companies there are people who are curious about AI. They try out ChatGPT, test new tools, and bring their own ideas to the table. These people often become the first go-to person for AI in the company – long before there's an official AI lead.
Our seminars prepare people for exactly that. Participants don't just learn how a prompt works. They learn how to analyze workflows, choose the right AI tools for the job, and help colleagues adopt new ways of working safely. They become multipliers – not just one person who happens to be good with ChatGPT, but someone who can explain to a team why a tool fits here and not there.
Learning on your own company
Every company works differently. That's why we don't bring pre-built examples that nobody needs once the seminar is over. We work with the participants' own tasks: writing proposals, answering customer inquiries, drafting marketing copy, internal documentation, image generation, or research. Anything is fair game.
What comes out of it are solutions that can be used directly in the company – not a practice exercise that disappears in a drawer, but a workflow that actually runs on Monday. This is the same approach we follow in our own AI consulting: don't start with "which tool?" but with the process that creates the most friction in daily work.
AI requires responsibility
AI saves time. At the same time, new questions come up. Which data is allowed to be processed? Which results need to be checked? Where does human judgment still matter? That's part of our seminars too, because introducing AI into a company means taking responsibility for the results.
That responsibility doesn't end when the seminar does. Whether a first idea eventually becomes its own internal tool or stays a clean workflow within an existing system is often only decided weeks later – when someone tests whether custom software pays off for that specific process or a standard tool is enough.
Who are the seminars for?
Our seminars are aimed at companies that want to use AI in a meaningful way – from a first introduction to targeted upskilling for individual employees. They're especially well suited for employees who will later pass their knowledge on within the team, test new ways of working, or become the internal go-to person for AI.
Why Luftschloss?
We've been developing digital projects for companies for years. We work daily with ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Codex, and other AI tools – not to experiment, but for client projects, proposals, concepts, content production, programming, and internal processes. That experience is exactly what flows into our seminars.
Our goal is simple: after the seminar, participants should be able to do things differently on their very next workday.
